By putting a pillow under your knees, you can keep your pelvis and spine in better alignment, reducing the amount of stress on your back. This technique can also relieve the pressure on your knees and hips, allowing you to sleep better.
If You Have Hip Pain, Sleep on Your Back and Use a Small Pillow Under One Knee
