Massage Therapy in Greenville

I have worked with many massage therapists throughout my professional soccer career, and Elaina is one of the best. She has been a great asset for the Triumph players, staff, and the Greenville community. I'd recommend her to any athlete, hard working Mom or Dad, and anyone that needs recovery and relief from muscle soreness and stress!

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed to apply pressure to layers of muscle and tissues deep beneath the skin. This massage is therapeutic and very effective in relieving problems areas.

Swedish Massage

The Swedish modality has one main focus: relaxation. However, Swedish is also beneficial by increasing blood flow to the critical areas and breaking down scar tissue.

Sports Massage

Whether you’re a serious or occasional athlete, enjoying less muscle pain and stiffness, as well as improved performance is a good reason to get regular massage.

Deep Trigger Point Massage

Trigger point therapy taps into the body’s internal web of muscles and tissues to unlock common chronic and injury- related pains caused by tension and stress.

Thai Massage

The therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you in a series of yoga like stretches. Muscle compression and joint mobilization is also used in the session – we do the yoga for you!

Benefits of Massage

Some benefits include: increased flexibility, reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system, improved recovery of soft tissue injuries.

Elaina Wagner, LMBT, NMT

Elaina is a New England native residing in Greenville, South Carolina. Elaina grew up on a small organic homestead with a health conscious family in coastal Maine. With the influence from her family, and a life-altering car wreck, Elaina became deeply interested in yoga, nutrition, massage and the body’s natural ability to heal.

In 2005, Elaina went through a 500-hour program to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT). Elaina then took four years to study Psychology at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. After a couple of years working in the mental health industry, Elaina still craved to learn more about bodywork to help others and manage their chronic pain. Elaina went on to study Reiki, Thai Bodywork, Massage, and Bodywork Therapy. With the combination of her knowledge and modalities, Elaina’s clients were reporting uniquely positive results physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Elaina has over ten years of experience working in universities, spas, wellness centers, hospitals, rehab and yoga centers. Elaina has provided yoga and massage to professional athletes, hard working desk workers, and everyone in between. In 2019, Elaina was selected as the official massage therapist for the professional soccer team, the Greenville Triumph.

Elaina enjoys spending time with friends, family and her Siberian Husky, Halo. She stays active by engaging in yoga classes, mountain biking, hiking and walking the Swamp Rabbit Trail. She has a love for the arts, live music, traveling and organic living.
